Walk-through Consult: $350 (up to 90mins)
A few weeks (to months) in advance of listing, I walk through the home with the seller, recommending a range of possible updates. These may include exterior improvements, updating paint/color scheme, decluttering, rearranging furniture or refreshing accessories.
